Re: ph1 project take 2 what mount? an uprated upper one? took me about 5 mins to change :) and cheers! i just painted them with a rattle can lol :D all engine bits im doing are that colour, and the nuts + bolts beadblasted! dunno what colour to do the rocker cover though.

Re: ph1 project take 2 Cheers mate! and i changed that when i put on K-tec engine mounts. Feels alot more solid than before! Bits and peices starting to come together now! Heres my fuel rail gaurd, Engine mount, Throttle body & bracket for throttle cable! painted in Vauxhall minstral grey...

not bad, nearly got the uppers finished! im using a dremel with like cylinder shaped sanding bits. going through them like nothing else though! matching uppers to the gasket and then ill try match the lowers to the head if i can! im sure ill be at it a while lol

i want another set of yellow valvers tbh! and i rekon you should get some "john deere" stickers on it ;) :rasp:

nah i got them before with lower inlets but they were off a ph2 so wont fit lol

keep standerd. itl be the best fitting one to the bumper and theres nothing wrong with it :)

beadblasted upper inlets with no reserve if anyones interested ;)

i had CC'd ph2 strips on mine but went back to origionals! dunno why but i seem to prefer them lol! join in and use the kitchen as a spray booth while its set up for it ;) wish i could! lol and refurb the standerd wheel imo. they suit the car really well with a little drop! my spare set are away...

Sound deadning is a massive improvement!! And if they clips dont fit i can probably get clips that will ;)
