Like I said in my PM, I am very jealous Dave!
I know a couple of years ago a local main dealer had a very nice example up for £15k and I was tempted then as it seemed well priced.
It's crap imo, I have a PC hooked up to my TV though so use it for both UK and USA netflix which just about justifies the cost.
It's all streaming, I've not had a connection that slow since Netflix UK launched so can't comment :p
Congratulations to Niall97 for winning.
We are having a month off as entries and voting is drying up a bit, presumably because everyone's busy over summer, so the competition will return in September :)
Cheers for the comments.
As said only mods I plan are an airbox, most likely orranje and a reduced pulley. I'll no doubt get carried away and buy other stuff too!
As some know I sold my Inferno and picked up a facelift R53 Mini Cooper S in British Racing Green a couple of weeks ago.
I spent quite a long time finding one in good condition and with a proper full service history (i.e. done on time not just mileage). I found this in Birmingham and did a...
There used to be a detailer from Leeds too who had a section last year. He never utilised it properly though which is a shame.
As said, a list won't happen due to taking work away from traders/potential traders.
Thanks to those that entered.

Re: A Mini Adventure ...
I've no idea what I get to a tank, that figure is pretty useless to me tbh.
I got mid 30's mpg on the run up with varying speeds on the motorway. I dare say 40 is achievable if you stuck to 60ish.
Around town 30 is easily achievable, I'm getting just above that at...
Re: A Mini Adventure ...
Even with the extras I would t pay that for pre facelift. Did you see sl03 Joel's on minitorque that Dave linked to in my thread?
Re: A Mini Adventure ...
I was only there for an oil service but the pulley is definitely on the list. Just over 200bhp for £400! And with the consumption on the mini it's not worth travelling to save £100 lol
Re: A Mini Adventure ...
This is looking smart. Very tempted to go for the 15% pully, shame that like always the mods cost more up north, £400 for pulley, belt, plugs and panel filter compared to 1320 who charge about £300 for the same package.
My mum got this for the cruise she went on, very simple to use, rechargeable battery and cheap enough to keep in a handbag getting ruined.

Same as usual, start just outside Denholme, drive up to Oxenhope, over to Hebden Bridge, then over the hill to saddleworth and back to a pub at Ainley Top, just near the motorway for easy access home.
So, who's interested and on which date?
