I've changed one before, no programming required when I changed mine.
Make sure it's centred while fitting it (indicator window shows this) and it should be ok. You might get some TC/ABS lights but they disappear after a short drive ime.
Request a callback on the website (saves on call costs ;))
Tell them the fault, humour them with the tests they want to do, tell them you want the instant UPS swap, where the UPS guy brings the new phone and takes the old one away there and then. They will try and charge you £29 but offer it...
Aslong as you don't go over your minutes they are ok-ish.
I am on a three deal with 200 minutes, due to changing car last month I went over my minutes by just 75 minutes (talking to sellers mainly) and it cost me over £20!
Normally I don't call much so I'm ok, I remember the days of...
Contract cost/allowances?
Some cracking deals atm on new models, S3 for £26/month for example.
I presumed you were buying it cheap off someone, not new on contract.
Loads of people will say they are old, out of date etc etc.
But they are cracking phones tbh, good for calls/texting/internet and a better size than the newer S3.
Obviously depends on the deal though.
Some cracking entries this month, well done to all those that entered :)

Mine was replaced last week due to sleep/wake button issues.
The UPS guy that came to swap it out said he's doing loads of iPhone 5 exchange work, way more than the previous generations.
Not worth the upgrade imo, insurance was the same for me for any of the renault sport clios.
Keep what you have, you know it's good at least. Then when you eventually upgrade do it to something different.
Looks good :)
You are brave taking that road though, that's the one that goes to Oxenhope isn't it? Proper rough, although looks slightly filled in now, I never used to go further than the windmills in my own car.
Yep, loads of people have done it where I used to work though, it was pretty common to happen tbh.
One guy did it in a brand new Vectra the same month he started!
Vehicles get damaged when they are driven around all the time, everyday, especially in the spots we have to get to. The winter I...
But anything that requires those sorts of speeds, will eat data, and the current 4G plans are crap.
Until you can get big data limits for a price that is sensible its all a bit pointless imo.
So you can get any FTTC deal then (except virgin).
Compare BT/Sky/Plusnet/TalkTalk etc. We are with BT, seems the best for the level of service and download limits.
I know you said you have a specialist, but the guy I use in Halifax for all my cars specialises in VW's, he's ex VW too so if you do need someone else give me a shout :)
I hate the wheels so much, they are awful, really awful, I told you this when they were on your last one :p
Get some ED30 wheels imo.
Nice car otherwise, when we going to RST for a RR day? :rasp:
Came back today after a restart, maybe it was me :S
Anyway, put a few hours in on this today and I have decided it is one of if not my favourite game. I love the pick up and play ability of it, and how it's just a fun game to play.
Going to complete it before buying the rally stages though.
As chip says, they will do anything not to contract a job out when they have their own of vans sitting idle, even if the closest idle one is an hour+ away.
Where are you studying? And what course?
I have just started a 4 year Masters in Computer Science with Software Engineering.
It really was a back to basics course, I was surprised how quickly the course caught up with my previous knowledge, stuff that takes a year in college is covered in...
