when mine (oem) die i will go for either Brembo Max or HC in combo with Ferodo DS2500 and maybe some braided lines.
The last years of reading up around here it seems the best choice. Four pot brakes will be overkill i think on a light hot-hatch
This is the way they drive in Turkey ; does'nt matter which side you pass ! This is a bit extreme though
This youtube clip is about the same, only a bit faster ; Audi RS vs BMW M5...
would also love to see this finished. Supercharger - superfriendly powerdelivery not killing the gearbox instantly
btw ; what ever happened to Icarus's new intake manifoild !? (sorry for the hijack)
this is the cheaper Simota. The Aeroform is shaped like a trumpet and is genuin carbon, this one is'nt. Aeroform cost over 250 new , this one less than half i believe.
This airbox is nice for a 1.4 or 1.6 , but for the 2,0 it is too little (opening for air coming in)
no you do'nt . Helps to choose a more easy route for your caf though with the space created .
The TB-elbow will probably need to be shortened or else the box will be wedged up against the rad; very tight fit. I got a aftermarket bend one and cut quite a bit off
i ordered these outer ball joints so i would'nt have to buy the whole wishbone ; number in topic of thread. Had to drill the holes from 10 to 12mm , works out great (AND CHEAP)

offset on a 182 is around 45 or 43. this means they will stick out by another 6 to 8mm !!
***edit*** never mind, you know by now. Did'nt read the whole thread
You have wheels with offset (ET) 35 . This is the best ET , do NOT go out further mate !
My Cup has ET 38 (so 3mm further in than yours) , and when i corner hard i get scrubbing off the front wheelarch.
I also think the car looks quite good with the offset 35. why go further !?
^^ both of you are pretty much right, but the design of the gearstick (the angle, bearing etc) just seems to not be something they came up with themselves when looking at the much earlier designed MB one.
And K-tec seems like a good place to get your stuff, bit pricey, but they have a good...
i would think the MB one is better. They designed it 4/5 years ago and no one has faulted it yet. I would'nt know if the copy uses the same materials and are produced with the same standard.
I want to say that i'm assuming all of this copy-ing is going on by "hear-say" . BUT(!): when for...
yeah, it's sad. well done Maurice, you made a great product which really looks like Ok-tec has copied and is now selling for more money than you're asking
I have studied both products (the pics of both!) , can't be a coincedence.
hm.. makes me think about the low boost turbo kit...
i do'nt have xenon and it was a pain feeding the 70mm feeds down there.. But then again i had two going that route.
It is tight, but pushing a couple of wires aside does'nt work ?
**edit ** Viper ; caf needs to come out the front of the thing does'nt it ? This means you will have to cut...
Quite easy to install, solid feeling gearchanges are the result, far less play in the stick than before (when it felt like stirring through a pan of thick soup) . Real happy with it + the price is incredible for such a nice product .. bargain ; recommended !! :)...
may also be part of the maps.. he was working on the dashlight coming on/keeping it turned off. This was quite some time ago so he might have succeeded
