    Why would the guy you bought it from pay half the bill? Contact the garage who did the work.. I don't get any of this thread. Why would it suddenly stopping automatically mean timing belt? All the symptoms initially just pointed to a dead battery imo.

    The Lexar 633x is brilliant, or the SanDisk Extreme - don't go for the SanDisk Ultra, or the Samsung Evo - I was running both and they will only do 20Mb/s write, when you want ~35-40Mb/s write for 60fps.

    There's products specific to stripping (CarPro Eraser for example), not sure I've seen any shampoos, not ones that have some nasty things in anyway :) I'm sure others will be along to comment. As for a normal wash - Dodo Juice BTBM is decent.
