I went for a V6, obviously. But it depends what you like.
Ive always thought life was just to short to own a Merc, you could die any day. I that happened to me and I had a Merc in the garage rather than a V6 Id be absolutly gutted.
Id come back and haunt some V6 owner.
Fair enough Craig, but thats just your opinion. Not mine.
Why would I want a Mk1 V6? There flawed as a driver car in my opinion. Also I believe the Mk2 is the better looking car by far. I refer to Evo simply because they are the best enthusiasts car magazine around and therefore well qualified...

I bet Malice was one of the first to vote for the Mk2 V6 as well. He says he doesnt like them, but really he wants one soooooo badly. His hostility is just a mask.
Youve got to press the top right button (I think, sat 500miles away from my V) on the wheel for a few seconds.
It registers your speed, then a second later the cruise kicks in.
I agree with what SpecialK says.
Me and a mate went to Le-mans in my V6. 5 days worth of luggage and everything went in well. Pretty good fuel range as well.
As for everyday use this is where I differ from SpecialK. Got the car in January and the clock has just gone over 3000miles. And most...
