Cant help on the TB situation, my mates went but had different symptoms. Know anyone with a clio thats willing to swap theirs out to test?
Wasn't for me, I reckon I gave it a good enough shot, 3 months over summer but never really got on with it.
This is more fun to drive, nicer ride, and I trust it, I never had confidence in the Z.
I'm a bit gutted, people let me out of junctions more in the Z lol, and i liked the low seating...
2 ring trips!
Or if it has to be mods, stuff that sells well when your done with them.
Recaro Trendlines
2118's/turini's
Sabelt wheel + boss (best mod ever btw)
RSTuner
MSV 1/2 bolt in cage
Decent brake setup? (HC's, DS2500's, lines + fluid)
Re: 2011 MacBook Air 11"
I need to swap my MBP for an air really.
I needed it with me today, but I left it at home due to how big and heavy it is to transport. An air would of been ideal.
Best track in the country, brilliant for small low power cars like the 500/clio.
Mansfield is so scary though :o
Oh, you should of bought that track day from me, got a couple of easytrack days for sale!
Lucky lad if it is just the aux belt, which it does sound like.
Get the full kit replaced asap is my advice. (speaking from experience, i went through a fair few aux belts on my clio lol)
I presume its a 172 and not a 1.2?
Belts are around £450-£500 from a specialist iirc, for oil i'd just bang some decent 5w40 in personally. Never bothered with the treatment stuff.
Think birchdown are your closest specialist, great lads there :)
Have you tried removing the vibration spacer thing.
Makes a noticeable difference, the difference between banging my head while wearing a helmet on the roof and not.
I thought you were chopping it in for a megane? I'm sure i saw a thread by you recently when i was reading up on them.

Check out the 4th photo ;)
Full belt change, both belt kits need doing. By someone who knows what they are doing.
Nothing else if its healthy, regular oil changes, maybe coolant change and keep on top of all the other maintenance and it'll be reliable as ever.
No plans really, there's kerbing on one wheel (the front in the pic) and a mark on the opposite rear so might get them repaired. May stage 1 it, still undecided, I'll run it until i start feeling like i need more power then i'll get it done.
Indeed! But the price varies wildly between dealers...
Nice mate
Love the interior and steering wheels on these.
Thats the stereo where the power on logo rotates when you change volume isn't it? That really annoys me on them, the centre should stay still and the knob should twist around it.
Ah cheers, not got any of them, but nothing i'm fussed over. I'd of liked folding mirrors though, will miss them on the Z :o
Same I think, must be my epic photo skillz! The silver looked awesome under artificial lights in the dealers.
Maybe, £300 on a GB for 30bhp is a pretty good deal...
