Sorry about the crap piccies, was just about to p1ss it down, look at that scary black cloud...ooo! :dapprove:
In short - fcuking loves it! Awesome to drive...but is it as good as the impreza?? First impressions - Yep.
Feel quite privileged to own one
Well, changing jobs at the end of the month, and the new job requires a lot of business miles. I could have taken the company car, but didn't fancy a 1.3 diesel fiesta! lol. Or the tax man screwing me for having a company car.
Running the impreza for business mileage would be universally...
Need to get a reliable run around, probably a 306 HDI.
Whats the deal on insuring a second car?
Can you use a different company, can you use your NCB (i have 5yrs protected atm) on two different policies? :S
Really need some help/direction - cheers guys :)
As i said yesterday mate, the 206 is the need of serious paint correction, it doesn't look too bad in the pics (simple wash - SRP - EGP), but on close inspection and in the sun light its swirlarama!!
In the pic the car is dusty, its was cleaned on monday...
Just in the process of detailing the scoob...
Finished the first coat of poorboys polish...but whats the best product to apply next, nattys wax, EPG or both?? I assume its wax first then EPG? :S
Just surfing the scooby forum and found this...mental!!

From yesterday afternoon.
Didn't go anywhere, it just looked mint in the sun sat on my drive, so grabbed the camera and took over 40 pics! lol
It had no treatment (polish, wax etc), just a wash.
Heres a selection of the better ones.
Really loving the silver, just so...
Check my bad self 2mins in ;)
I did most the filming and got a mate to film me against the SX. First time i've done this in the scooby, but got a bit better thoughout the day even managing a couple of handbrakes around the cone at the bottom. I didn't get them on vid, but i think someone esle...
Picked this up on my 19th birthday, almost 5yrs ago now, i was well chuffed, brand new motor just for me. I loved it to bits. And made it my own with a few mods. Buying a house meant it needed to be sold, but where is she now?? :dapprove:
The things you do when your young and misguided eh...
Front left caliper is fooked, so until tuesday its staying put. It was a nice day yesterday so it deserved a good clean and polish.
Some wheel close ups...
More and more i look at them, they look gloss black, but they do have a silver fleck in them...
Yeah - Ok - most of them are of Jay's Vee...oh and how was that sexy gatecrasher in the silver scooby! ;)
Hope you like?? Not bad for the 2MP power camera! lol
God love that liquid!! :star:

Plus i have a connector that also allows your to connect the OE stalk to the stereo...i'll throw that in for free if CS person wins the auction for the ipod connector! ;)
Well....i'm loving it! :D
So much fun to drive, smooth and handles great. Covered just over 500miles this week combining various amount of roads motorway/b-roads etc and really happy with how it held up. Fuel is something else tho! :rasp:
Its so different coming from a hatch to saloon, but...
Well, its gone...:(
What a weird day, the car decided to drop the cat from the down pipe during the final inspection drive today!! Can't believe it, it obviously didn't want to go!!
Anyway, thankfully Mark is a sound chap and we managed to reach an agreement, which meant the sale went...
I've been searching around looking at changing the insurance over from the clio to Scooby (inc its mods) and i've been searching around all week, best quote i could get was £1180 from elephant. I'm currently insured with Bell, but not even they could match it on their website...until i rang them...
Advertising for my mate, as he isn't a member...Cracking clio this, some really nice mod's and extremely well looked after.
