Surely if the epas lost power it would log a code. I'd guess some sort of electrical fault as I assume the brakes are drive by wire too as the cars a hybrid? I'd be surprised if clip doesn't dig some fault codes up.

You definitely feel a difference in the steering with spacers on. If it's a negative effect or not in guess you'd have to do some timed laps to find out, you soon get used to the feel and it becomes the norm. If it was terribly negative there would be plenty of people saying so on here.

Ah if it's just one specific kit that makes a bit more sense. Is the RT kit any better than Bilstein or BC though?

I just checked and apparently the mk3 200 and twingo 133 are free and clear too! Crack on.

Spindle like what mine did after I had replaced the gearbox. Turned out the exciter wire on the starter wasn't on securely. Definatly check the starter has a heat shield and if no luck elsewhere give the starter wires a wiggle and see if it fires up then.

Great post! Unfortunately mk 4's are s**t and automatics are for girls😂. Thers more love for the MK4 RS with owners than any press article would have you believe and there are some really nice modified ones about now too. Glad you like it, and that you've hit your word count for the year👍🤣.

I quite like the 182 clubsport- spec. It does look really well finished.
