sensors do'nt do anything to it.. the second one just tells you if your cat is in proper working order
only the first sensor (before cat) , when broken, will get the engine in a sort of safe running mode and probably richen up the mixture to prevent lean running damage
sounds like a presure loss thing . Fine in the beginning + along the way getting worse ?
Do gearboxes need some kind of pressure going on / oil pressure ?
Just brainstorming here
hahah good find !! well i do''nt have to practice then i guess + just forget about it :D
***edit*** double declutching is not really the same as the blipping the throttle ; keeping revs up to match the next gear is what it's about. Think the synchros will benefit i think
C'mon you guys  .. amphasite is a genuine color, only a slight miss-spelling !
Check amfasite on google (for example) and find out, it's actually a very good looking color !
if you have a 182 , you can fit the 172 cup turinis and they will stick out something like 5mm more than your wheels now.
you have offset 45 i believe , the 172 cup turini offset is 38,5 . So without a change of wheel-look youwill have an even wider track. Do'nt know if it will start to rub...
^^ i was actually trying to brake with the heel while blipping throttle with the toes... :D
i was wondering why this did'nt really work for me. Almost had my face on the dash
It's nice to master this move because it does save the box . I'll be trying again
Correct ..
you will prbably really notice the change straightaway after lowering , finding that the car does'nt drive right and you will want tracking done
Mine was undriveable when lowered but it had stupid neg camber because of it coming down a fair bit
Just got off the phone, they told me these wheels will probably outlast the car + to just put them on and go do the 24 hour of Lemans with them haha :approve: They will be absolutely fine for daily use, one of the strongest Speedlines they sell.
ahh more to spend ..:o
Nope, OZ superleggera are 6,4 for example
But when looking at both i think the 2020 are a lot stronger constructionwise, and the looks of the 2020 are much nicer
^^ yes when i went over to have a look they had loads of the 2118 alu wheels stacked up, also the cars had them fitted.
He had just one set of magnesiums left. This got me thinking . Wonder how these wheels , when fitted, will take a week of being parked ? When stacking them seems to give...
^^ yep, but flexing would be majour issue in the race- scene so what is the prob when using them for road use ?
Fred, Edde, Englebert , anyone else please ?
here's the one thread i found where people put down magnesium;
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=355709&highlight=offset+speedline+corse&page=7
i know way back in the day we used magnesium "trucks" for our skateboards in the halfpipe , they were a no-no for street skating...
Hi all, i can get some of these for a reasonable price, not damaged. Am liking the 7,4kg weight of these + the looks ofcourse
But ive been using the searchbutton and found some threads; It seems opinions differ, some saying they will bend and get briddle ?
I do'nt drive my car daily but...
10 kg is a very nice improvement :approve:
I put my heavy lump of electricity (oem battery) in the sparewheel-compartiment to get some weight on the back wheels and have some room in the front , also for different airfilter setups ;)
here we go, i'm dutch so my opinion is clear :D
www.fastchip.nl
worth mentioning is that a LOT of CS members/users (so a lot of english ;)) are running this and very happy with the product
^^ i knew something was up with the race batteries .
Hope yours works out ok Kev . I think/remember reading they're not made for use with airco + stereo system working on daily basis ...but then again you may surprise a couple of people !! ;)
^^
i was'nt saying the rear windshield wiper looked good or bad before ; i'm just surprised as here on the mainland they're sold without one from factory .
Hardly a novelty when seeing the factory specs .. but i was wrong yep
^^ it is a more fun car then my tuned Scooby, i'm keeping the cup well kept in garage + maintained . Maybe even a respray (oem color ofcourse) eventually , the hottest hatch ever
do they spray over some of the bumper and sidescreens ? they should with this colour type/metallic
PS; Your rims have the wrong ET value , looks like a quite narrow track there !
