they generally look poo unless done properly, main thing that people skmp on is the wheels which need to come out another 5 inch or so. big money to do a proper replica, ide suggest getting the prima maxi wide arch kit instead as it looks very good.

as said, edges are pretty easy to work with, you can sand all the edge down so its all smooth and you cant feel the chip, back to bare metal if needed and then just use some touchup and let it drip down the edge of the door, wipe off the bit at the bottom and it usually gives a finish that you...

you dont "need" one. it just promotes addhesion.
on something so small as door handles, aslong as its prepped well beforehand, plastic primer isnt needed at all.
should always primer plastics yup, i only bother plastic primering big stuff like bumpers, small things like bump strips and door handles i just use normal primer (cellulose or 2k).
if you dont use any primer, the paint will look dirty and off colour
best to leave primer to dry for a while so it sinks into imperfections properly.
if you spray onto primer thats been sprayed n flatted not long before, you may find it will sink over time n look a mess
hard to give a price over pictures on the net.
if the bonnets stuck down and wont open, you might find the front panels been pushed back and needs pulling out, or worst case scenario, it needs new front panel.
cant really see the extent of the damage to the bumper, cant see if its repair/new...

yup, some on here will say use scratch-x, ive only ever used farecla products in every bodyshop ive worked in, so thats what i use, all the same ultimatley
depends how deep the scratches am.
light ones can be got out with a cutting compound like G3, deep ones may need wet flatting first, then cutting with the compound.
deep ones need touching up, wet flatting then cutting with a compound
