i dunno how they are fixed on the mk2's but generally there is 2 bolts or nuts or torx screws inside the wing and shitguard, if you undo those, push the bumper up and retighten them, that should work

have you got the piece that broke off? you can repair it but you'll need to paint it matt/satin black afterwards so you wont have the cf effect anymore though from the back of it, scuff it up so its rough and get yourself some guaze (sp) tape, its like a roll of sticky netting, i think...
