My sister bought a cd. Sent Paypal payment 5 days ago. Now she's noticed seller 'is no longer registered with ebay' She's worried she won't get the cd. I've told her to drop the seller an email. Assuming she doesn't reply... what's the next step? I've not been in that position...

Should the orange plastic circle shine up like a halo when the lights are on? Mine stays dull the whole time whether the lights are on or off or the cigarette lighter is in use or not. I only use it occasionlly to charge phone.

I like the directly behind view, ie the first one. The other pics make it look a bit chunky. Prefer the Cup but still decent enough and better than the standard 172 one. May I ask how much it cost to spray?

new bumper from renault for a 172 is £276 + vat and that's unpainted.

Same other than... Seats have more noticable perforations in the middle bits. Steering wheel trim, dash trim and gearknob trim is a brushed aluminium effect rather than a sort of silver carbon fibre effect like on the 172. Seatbelts are silvery rather than dark grey.

Did you buy the car private or through a dealer? Private, I think you're screwed. Dealer, then kick off as they should give you a spare key. My 172 came with one key but they supplied and coded a new key free of charge.

Silvervisions aren't entirely silver. Mine still give a slight orange tinge. Your diadems defo give a blue tinge. I still haven't gotten my bluevision sidelights in though. My hands are too big especially on the drivers side.

Not many. Things like different cloth trim, rear quarter badges not much else. Eletric mirrors/windows possibly sunroof. Possibly 14 inch alloys. I did have a brochure including this model from ages ago but not much difference.

No cup packs ona 172. they are 16 inch 172 wheels. dynamiques have similar 15 inch wheels. I noticed the grille straight away. Get yourself a 172 grille off ebay. Much nicer. None on there right now but keep an eye out or try cliospares.co.uk

Spooky this, I was actually gonna post a thread like this earlier today. Had my 172 for 5 weeks now. I've stalled it about 10 ten times. Dunno what it is. I never used to stall the VTS or my old car or my mother's car. I'd have thought a 2.0 would be a bit more forgiving for not giving it...

Lovely. Mk1's are pretty rare at the best of times but when I see them they tend to be silver. Only ever seen one red one and one blue one.

I don't like the auto lights. Too many tunnels and underpasses around Newcastle. They come on straight away going into a tunnel but don't go off for about 30 seconds after leaving tunnel. Plus soon as I turn engine on they blaze into my neighbours window. Wish I could turn off the auto...

I'm no racing driver but out interest, why would you turn it off? I'd have thought it's there to stop wheelspinning? And wheelspinning's a bad thing isn't it? I guess there must be some advantage to turning it off but you can enlighten me...

I put £38 of Optimax in usually as it tends to be on just below the last white mark when I fill it. (£38 of Optimax equates to about £36 worth of regular fuel.) From that I get about 280 miles if I'm lucky. So I'm also getting roughly the 70 miles per £10 ratio. I don't drive overly quick...

Well I had them on the front of my VTS and as a result, I was getting massive oversteer all the time especially in the wet. I had mid range tyres on the back. The fronts were gripping so much that the back end couldn't keep up.Never had that when I had Yoko's on the front and they're supposed...
