I have a few threads on there so I guess plenty of boxes of kleenex have been used lol

I'm in Bridgend , Moseley motorsport in Telford were a great help , and also Lester Owen also in Telford for engines , what these two don't know isn't worth...
I bought an M3 road car as a donor , it was rough , but I had bought the shell with the welded in cage , so just needed some parts from the road car , it was a 2.3 , but I bought a brand new 2.5 block from BMW , and a 2.5 crank , and bought some steel rods and forged pistons , had the head...
M3's are better RHD lol
I built that up from scratch making it RHD , and it handles very well , would happily swap stage times with WRC impreza's and 6R4's , it was a 2.5 running some Prodrive DTM spec cams , pushing out 316hp through a Drenth 6 speed sequential gearbox , spent nearly...
On the bulkhead , you can see when its been pressed into shape , you can see where the holes should go as you can see some of the shape , just takes some perfect measuring , and guts to actually cut the holes the correct shape and size lol
I wish !
No I had to cut holes in the bulkhead for the pedal box and steering column , had to measure and take templates from the RHD shell I had , mark up the race car bulkhead , double and treble check it all , then attack it with a nibbler ! , and then weld in the bracket to hold the top of...
No its not its a rally car , and will be used on closed roads , which includes lanes , as I have driven RHD all my life , if I went out and drove flat out in a LHD car I would end up on my roof somewhere , I know where my ass needs to be in relation to the road , it also comes natural if I need...
I bought one of these , along with the vents and ducting

No haven't seen a PM from you
I have sorted the dash top out now , changed the digital dash cover over from left to right side , and cut holes for the heater vents , hopefully no more misting up in wet weather !
Got a got coming to collect it today to flock it , I will then put the ID plaque back on in the middle showing the...
your free to pop in here anytime to have a nose , but there is not a lot to look at at the moment lol , there's no engine or box , no seats ect , it's looking a bit bare at the moment.
If I can get the car back off Gary this weekend , I might have it ready to do the Jersey rally in 5 weeks time
I haven't touched the car for 6 months as I have been so busy in work , I have had the cage modified in the last month so it has an X bar on the drivers side now ( now RHD ) and I have had seat rails welded into the floor rather than using those flimsy OMP ones the car came with.
It was sent off...
Check out the deal I have on with my own make grooved front discs and THE best all round pad available on the market today , the brand new Bluestuff NDX , don't judge them by any other EBC pads , these are the biggest selling pads we offer , and we sell all makes , our customers are getting very...

if you do a search , you will find they have proven themselves , plenty of high powered Impreza's and Evo's running them now with very good results , until these came out , I would have recommended the DS2500's everytime , after running the NDX myself for the last 6 months , I will now recommend...
Or better again use the new bluestuff NDX , which are the best all round pad available today.

We have sold about 20 sets of these pads now , along with the free sets that were given out , and no one has had to grind any pad material that I know of , so I dont believe you had to remove 5mm off either end of the pads , when you mentioned it on PM when it happened , I checked every pad we...
Thats because you fitted them incorrectly then when you sorted that out , you went straight out onto the track without putting any miles on them , I'm not surprised they didn't work properly !
We gave you the oversized pads , same shape pads as some of the other traders offer in the DS2500 pads...
Thinking ahead regarding engines for the rally car , tuners are getting up to 290hp out of other makes of 2.0lt engines , what power can you get out of top spec engines , money no problem , steel crank and rods , forged pistons , ultimate spec head , throttle bodies ect.
Is 250/260 hp...
I spoke to the team who hired this out when I bought mine , was iinterested in buying this one , but couldn't wait as they said it was going to be put up for sale in december lol so bought the red one , they have some neat tricks compared to the standard cars , good luck with it :D
Cheers Ian
Hi
The DS2500's are a good pad , we sell these , but a better pad is the New Bluestuff NDX that we have on test by a few members on here , would have been more if everyone's cars were working !

It is a Ph2 car , there are some other pics at the start of the thread of the car itself.
Got the rear fitted on yesterday , the breather for the tank is in the way of the O/S can on the bottom of the shock , so will have to move the breather pipe , apart from that it all fits nicely
When I...
The suspension turned up today , I had my doubts it would at the quoted price so over the moon it did
This is a Renault Bilstein strut
And this is whats replacing it
Just need to get them on and set the heights , then the job of setting them somewhere close for rallying in the lanes.
