Yes mate, I was the first person to view it and bought it on the spot.
It couldn't feel any more different, especially as the last one was pretty much a full-on track car. This ones comfy and quiet and a joy to drive, and I can't comment of the speed difference as I've been pootling around...
So, I've had two of these...
Two of these...
And now, two of these...
Here's the new addition :)
I've really taken to this one, it has been so well looked after by the previous owner... Only 74k from new isn't bad for a 23 year old car!
I'm inclined to agree, it's just as 'cool' and far superior IMO.
I totally get where Chris is coming from, and after several years of driving new and nearly new cars around whilst working at a car sales I can completely understand the appeal of something old and slow. They're simply more...
This is what it was all about back when I was a teenager in the late 90's!
I remember riding in my mates 4x4 Sapphire which was running 330bhp racing another mates 2wd Sapphire running 420bhp, and it was crazy to sit there at triple figures watching another car scream away from you!
Anyone else think Flickr is just getting more and more crappy?
I'm currently trying to figure out how to post a picture from Flickr on another forum, but I don't appear to be able to post a BB code any more :dapprove:
Any ideas?
Re: How Much is my Ph1 worth?
I looked at one last Saturday for £1200. It was scruffier than yours but mechanically very good. I'd say yours is worth £1500 or so IMO.
