Shop around for insurance, and dont just go online, ring them up too.
Check out the insurance for young drivers thread in the insurance section for companies to try.
Anyone got any idea?
The fool who did mine just sprayed the base colour straight onto the old lacquered paint, and now its coming off :(
Asked someone from school who i dont really know but works at a bodyshop for a quote and he has said £80, seems a bit steep to me, or is that about right?
Decent sandisk cards are so cheap now, not worth getting anything else.
I have these, both are equally as good at full HD from my 550D, but not ever done a really long video...
Re: 172 Ownership and progress.
Dot 4 or Dot 5.1, not Dot 5
Also, might be best to remove the spacers on the droplinks and chop them down a bit so the bar sits higher.
Where you been living for the past 20 years?
Small french hatchbacks have always been known for being good drivers cars (205, 306, clios, saxo, 106 etc)
Regarding rat look, i think it can look good on the right car. That 306 estate thats always at the shows lives near me, i quite like that.
Always paid on a credit card, and paid off in 2/3 months.
Never paid a surcharge for using it, but some do. Wouldn't dream of paying insurance via dd, every time i've been offered it the interest has been ridiculous.
I had a canister, came with the car, but dropped a wheel on it and it went off in the boot :(
Not too bothered, i wouldn't use it because as said above it f**ks the tyres (well they tyre guys wont touch them at least). I'd rather wait for the AA man, or if on a long journey then sling a spare...
Orange messed up big time with me too.
I paid an old contract off (around £200) when they got the iphone so i could upgrade to one. Selling my phone at the time paid that off so wasn't too concerned. Anyway, they messed it up and instead credited my account with the amount I had paid them...
Thanks for the replies, but its not just a 90 degree bend is it?
The filter side is longer than the TB side, and I want to keep the airbox in its fixed position so need one like this.
Regarding the breather pipe, i'm going to just have a short piece of silicone on there with a small breather...
Wanting a samco (or similar) induction hose for a standard air box, but without the breather attachment.
Could anyone point in the right direction as to what the part number is or even a link?
Stolen picture below, just like this but without the smaller pipe coming out of the top obviously.
