Its not something I ever consider tbh, its more about the car for me than the age. Especially with 182's since they are mostly within 12 months of each other (04/54/05).
You would be mad to pay £500 extra for inferno.
RB has better residuals, but I like both colours equally so would go with the cheapest. If you like the inferno they try and get it cheaper!
It works with an aftermarket stereo as both my clio's have had one.
I presume it works using resistance, like a PT100 or similar. You ideally need to test with a multi metre, maybe splice into the wires and tape back up after?, for resistance, if its low its broke, but i'd of thought it would...
