Hey guys, Had my Ph1 172 for about 2 months now, and I am loving it :). Went about fitting a new exhaust on the weekend, as the pipe it had on it before was hanging to pieces. So all was well, the CAT seemed to be very loose on the manifold, wobbled round all over the place. Tried tightening...

Not sure what state they are in now, but the GTis calieprs were all removed, sand blasted and painted in Matte Black VHT paint! lol Thanks man, ive got a few goodies on the way for her in the form of colour coded door handles. New interior mats, and a new foglight to replace the cracked one...

Had a nice cleaning session this morning (6am) haa Cleaned the arches, inside of the wheels, painted the calipers and the rear beam. Pics are below :): How much dirt came out of the arches! (Need a new exhaust) :p Satin black :D instead of silver and rust :p...

Cheers mate! :) Definately needs a new wheel, trying to source one as we speak. Got new mats on the way as one has a huuuuuge cigarrete burn in, looks like a meaty cigar burn if im honest :P Wheels could do with a refurb, or maybe 16" F1's? ;) Stealth exhaust?

After having my new Ph1 for a week, I thought the need to clean it, as it was such a hot day! I dont have any pics of the wheel arches :(, took me ages to take each wheel off and scrub the arches clean :) Enjoy!! :star: Need a new exhaust!

Yeap, I did it the other day! X reg Ph1 172, 63k on the clock, immaculate condition £1763! Bargain!! :P

Found it :D For anyone else interested: I never disconnected my battery.... and survived LOL! Basically... Front seats out (4x nuts each side underneath car) hand brake cover (2x torx screws T20 perhaps?) Centre console (2x torx bits in the front corners and 2 clips at the back) 3 or 4...

Hey guys, Looking update the interior of my Ph1 172 to the same as a Ph2. So I am going to need to fit a black carpet. I was wondering how easy these are to fit? And what is involved in doing so? Anyone else done it, and made a guide? Cheers!
