Needed to sort my wheel bolts out and couldnt find any renault ones so decided to get some covers. Opinions

managed to get 2 out of 4 off and i just cant manage to do the others.Anyone in NW fancy giving me a hand or drilling them out,my MOT is friday

Too tight the grips wont hold it. I may get a nut on it and then do it will that work?

Bought the tool managed to get one off but now its stuck in the socket how do i get it out?

I leave all my cars in gear whereever I park them I thought most people did.obviously I put it in neutral or clutch to start.

Yeh mine are mcgaurd and even with the same product number there are a few different types for that car so i doubt yours will be the same plus ive snapped half the bolt off now so im going to need to buy this tool anyway.

Not if you replace it quickly.If its left with no battery for a certain amount of time it needs recoding iirc.

Cheets I'll get one from halfords tomorrow and give it a try,the top of the bolt has come off so there only around 1cm to grip you think it will do it?

Does it only work from a short distance?If so mines the same i tried changing the key fob battery and it made no difference.

My bolts are all rusty and standard clio bolts seem to be too long so im thinking of painting them. Whats the best way to do this and should i do them silver,white or black?
