Looking at the clip, it looks like the top part of the clip pushes against the collar of the bolt to stop it sliding off. So you'd just need to prize forward the top part of the clip over the bolt head so it's clear, then pull down on the clip and then forward. Long nose pliers perhaps? Hard...

Can’t help I’m afraid as I did mine at the same time as my rear beam, so everything was stripped off. Brakes > Lines > Beam > Tank then reverse.

I found most of the NVH came from the uprated engine and dog bone mounts. I had really hard Strongflex WB and ARB bushes (Black series equivalents) on my road going 182 and it was nice to drive. I put the stock mounts back on and it had minimum NVH.
