It was about 4 years ago when I had mine replaced, but I'm 99% sure the plastic clip in your picture comes bonded on the screen. I've also recently had a new rain sensor replaced and that didn't have the plastic surround, rather it clips into it. The Rain sensor is - P/N 8200063060

Have they had a look over the rest of the car for you? Get some Dynax UC or S50 in the cavities of that bonnet when it comes out of paint. Just to preserve for years to come.

No problem. As I said above, it's usually a combination of factors on these cars, including tyres, wheel alignment, and suspension component integrity.
