Another light. Just can’t help myself. Unilite’s new IL-375. Adjustable brightness on the making flood, magnets all over and only 6mm wide it’s super low pro. Alloy and composite body, and USB C charging. £40 quid on special at Unilite. Oh and I took some pics of it on this time. 😅

Stone's 172 Cup (member berries) track build...

Agree, Andy is very helpful. Mine was due to go for taming change and cal earlier in the year, but the hub dyno install wasn't quite complete at the time. New setup looks good. :)

    Which pressure washer

Been through 3 Karchers and 2 Nilfisks in the space of about 5 years. Bought a Kranzle TS1050 and never looked back. Different league of build quality to the cheap chinese plastic tat. Little more money, alot more machine.

Haha, i remember watching an apprentice do exactly that with his work boot. Gleefully kicked it off on a Friday before going home for a long weekend and it landed straight in a full drain tray of diesel oil. Hahaha. Didnt shine there did ya son! :D

What is the purpose of a oil catch can?

Depends on many factors, mileage, engine usage interval, type of driving done, engine health, forced induction or NA etc. 1000 miles of 20 mile journeys over 4 months in winter vs 1000 mile sprint across Europe over a few days would net a very different outcome.

What's Japanese, rally inspired, turbocharged, AWD, 1250 kgs with mechanical diffs on both axles?

Nice, sounds like it’s been done to a nice standard too. I’ve a slight love/hate affair with Imprezas these days. 😅

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

Couple of little “tinker” jobs on WZD today. First up was a nice new bonnet release latch. I had planned to buy one and. Luckily found a new part on eBay for £10.50 delivered so couldn’t pass that up. Because new bits. :D Second was replacing all the trim clips on the tailgate trim. I hate...

What is the purpose of a oil catch can?

On a non recirculating system as show, its condensation that forms in the cold catch can when the engine is switched off. Some people choose to run a RTS (Return to sump) setup that will allow the oil caught to return to the oil pan. As you can imagine, that amount of condensation is built up...

What is the purpose of a oil catch can?

Oil vapour but most of that will be condensation/water.

Another vote for Unilite. Not sure they have charging bases though, as all the ones I’ve seen are plug in.

    Inferno fix up

I agree. Junking the AC is the easy route, I’d fight to keep it.

    My Impreza mistake

Just a paint brush. Goes on like a very thin almost water like UV liquid. Dries clear.

    My Impreza mistake

I’d paint any rust with Hydrate 80, then coat with Elecrox zinc primer and some satin black. You can then seal it with Dynax UB.

Fortunately for me, i've never had a fastener on any of my cars put up much of a fight. With what these bloody things cost, i'm certainly not hitting them with a sodding hammer... f'king butcher!! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
