Spot on. 1) You turn on and play. (And reinstalling windows, finding device drivers etc...) 2) A couple of years later you're still guarateed that new games are playable on your console.

Yes. Mine arrived 2 days ago. It disspeared off the currys website a day later not to return. The currys £40 discount made it the same as the cheapest UK price as the "body only" kit, so I got effectively got the lens for free (it's not great...but hey). Just need to send off for my £100...

f2s, metro & zen are where most people went. Plusnet have lost and upset a lot of their most loyal long standing customers.

Plusnet are nothing more than a cut price budget isp now. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more for a decent ISP. They shape the hell out of usenet & p2p on both plus AND premier. Over the last 6 months they seem to have gone from one blunder to another. I'm going to migrate away from them...

You absolutely want to use windows for this? If I were building some sort of media center I'd be running mythtv on the backend and then network boot mythtv frontends to cut down on the noise from the clients. Mythtv is far better than anything I've seen under windows.

Me too. I don't have a problem with the auto lights, seem to do the job 99% of the time, the other one percent of the time I just switch them on manually. The auto wipers on the other hand are sh*te, and that's being polite. I think they're downright dangerous, I still have no idea why...
