A K-Tec stainless steel exhaust will shave off another 8kg from the 182 making it closer still; lose a stone in weight and thats another 6kg - weight difference nearly gone already! ;)

Ive been hit at 30 mph from behind in my old car (Fiesta) and the boot floor was badly crumpled with the rear bumper smashed to pieces. The insurers reckoned it could be repaired and the bodyshop had it back as good as new. They put the car on a jig and had the boot floor pulled out.

Both cars rock. The V6 is exclusive, ideal bachelor/playboy car or as a secondary car. The Megane might not be as fast, but its sensible and doubles up as an everday family car. Horses for course, pointless argument because both of them are great cars.

All, Now that the 182 has bedded in and im totally satisfied, I want to look at changing the stock speakers. I dont want to change the headunit because I hate the way a third party one looks different to the rest of the centre console - the Cabasse renault unit looks really good and matches...

The 12" active Vibe tickled the top of my nose it was so loud/deep (recommended to me by Johh ;)). Its a great piece of kit and I fully recommend it.

Yeah, i have cup spoiler and it kinda just dribbles down the window. No biggy, it cleans the back window pretty well.

My 182 is quiet for normal driving, but it has a loud bark when you gas it. I like that.
