Alright John, audio staying standard cant be bothered dismantling it all and fitting anything special at the moment - i dont drive for long enough to listen to lots of music, prefer listening to the rasp of the 182s exhaust at the mo ;). Im gonna hand the Fez back in February.

The engines do fail - my sister has a CTR and the cylinder head blew. It was with Honda for five weeks for a rebuild. The major decider for me on the CTR or 182 was the standard kit that came with the 182 - it has climate control and xenons as standard, where as the older CTR doesnt have...

I have a turtle wax silicon "blade" thing which works much the same way as a window squeedgy - you just drag it over the bodywork and it pushes the water off. I find that quickest and then take the remaining water off with a cloth. G

When I test drove the 182 i was very impressed with how it was screwed together and the quality of the leather/alcantara/dash plastics in comparison to my Fiesta. Over on the zetec S owners club webby (zsoc.com), theyre forever giving the 182 a bad name saying the build quality isnt as good...

Can someone clear this up for me, Ive just noticed on another thread something about the leather interior is now discontinued?! Which car is this on, the 182 or the V6? or both?! Ive just ordered a 182 from motorprovider.co.uk and ill be extremely pissed off if it arrives with a cloth...

Finally ordered my 182 in silver with cup chassis and suspension packs from motorprovider.co.uk for £12495! Its an import, but i dont care cos its still a great price for a brand new 182 with both packs on it. I should get it in around three weeks. Cant wait! G

Just to say, my sister has a Civic Type R, and yes its Japanese and should be reliable; but it pissed coolant all over the motorway and suffered a cracked cylinder head. It needed an engine rebuild (5 weeks of work and a few grand later - covered by the insurance). Just to top it all off...

Ive been hit by an uninsured driver and i reported it to the police immediately and also claimed on my own insurance. I was out of pocket by paying £375 for my excess, but my car was repaired quickly and the other driver (a woman, silly little b**ch) was charged by the police with driving...
