Yep - just been reading stuff like this myself. It does seem very bizarre on the face of it - and the fact that Ubi isn't bowling over themselves to explain it. Surely they would know that the games' engine would be closely looked into within a very short space of time?

Finished this on the PC over the weekend. Really enjoyed it - though the dual-wielding options got a bit silly. Twin marksman rifles that you can't scope with - lol.
Aside from that, it was great from start to finish. I might even play it through again!

Crazy. Can't the publishing houses let the previous gen consoles slip into history now? I bet there are departments within Sony and Microsoft going livid that such games are being released on their old hardware.
How can you hope to increase sales of your current hardware, when the software...
Steady on ;)
I've painted it on the car before - but given the choice, I'd MUCH rather take it off to paint.
I did remember looking at that pipe myself initially when I painted mine and thinking that it looked too risky to simply yank off.

Have they finally added HDMI support now? One of the worse things about the original Wii imo - on any screen larger than 40", the lack of clarity looked genuinely awful.

Should be totally silent, from what I gather?
My duff alternator was much easier to work out due to it seizing and having a wonderful burning rubber smell from the belt :P

That's great news! If the caliper is standard, I'd be going down the route of a replacement - and them fitting it properly. I wouldn't be faffing about getting it refurbed.

2.0T is good - or a small turbo works.
I had a very small 'Turbo' printed in the same colour and font as the GT badging on the side strips of my Punto GT. Finished it off quite nicely imo - the 2nd picture you posted with the small lettering looked good!

Nice one.
I played through and completed the first Homefront game. Even if it did get a bit silly and OTT at some points.
I'll look out for this when its released.

The 1st Far Cry was good, though the 2nd was poo. Looked pretty, but got seriously boring, empty and repetitive after a few minutes.
I harbour concerns that my issues with FC3 will be repeated in FC4. However, the co-op function appears an awesome addition. That single-handedly might save the...
I still fail at the aiming though, m8. I seriously cannot aim for s**t with a pad. I'd tried changing the settings on the inputs, but to no avail. I normally get my arse kicked against the AI when quick aiming is needed with a pad. If I went online, I'd be a sitting duck....

One of the VERY few games that I might rebuy for another platform. A technical showcase - amazing what they managed from the graphical limitations on the 360. This should be epic on the PC - especially with the aiming potential of keyboard and mouse :)

Yeah - not difficult to do - just a bit fiddly and massively more easier with another pair of hands to assist!
As Amos says, there's a guide by fubar on here that you can access if you're a fully paid-up member. It was the guide I used when I first took my bumper off.

Does look very impressive. I would love a game like this when seen in the 3rd person, to be a 4-person co-op offering. Imagine a modern-day version of Gauntlet, but with far more RPG elements and storyline thrown into it?
I guess the issue with multiplayer co-op is the levelling and quests for...

Sounds like your GMT time setting could be totally wrong - it is 8 hours behind? That's a common time misplacement if the device is made or configured in the USA.
On Vaio's - it's normally the F2 key to get into BIOS. Some have an 'Assist' button underneath that you hold in when the...
I liked Far Cry 3 - especially since beefing up the graphics card recently has significantly helped the game look much better.
I found the crafting side of things a chore though - I mean, do you really need to skin several animals to make a larger wallet as your current pockets can only hold £2...
Lol - the idea of reading through the classifieds on PH and Autotrader has actually crossed my mind! ;) I don't think I can be arsed with the two lots of insurance, MOT, servicing and tax again though. Unless I actively kept a sensible SORN schedule.

My first round of them being painted.....

I got them powder-coated again in black last year too.

Uno - purely for the rarity factor.
However, unless that has had some serious attention to the suspension thrown at it, it will be a handful getting that power down. And in the corners, god-shockingly bad.
I had the Punto GT successor for nearly 7 years and mine wasn't even making 140bhp. In...
