Very often these so-called "warranties" arent worth the paper they are printed on (according to some dealers) as they mostly seem to have some sort of excuse as to why your particular warranty doesnt seem to cover that particular job
Rob - I am not alone in thinking that the red isnt really red enough and although you say that a black 172 isnt immediately recognisable as such, due to it being available in other models, neither is the flame red, as there are ordinary Clios in a very similar, if not the same colour of fade...
Keep at them and if poor response write to Auto Express Watchdog people as they get loads of things sorted for unhappy people. There were several more in todays issue where help wasnt forthcoming until Auto Express stepped in. Buy a copy or look in the newsagents and you will see what I am...
If you didnt buy the car new, couldnt you plead ignorance and say that the wheels were on the car when you bought it, so you would assume they are standard for that particular model!
Bit bumpy though!!

All that for a 1.2!! Surely you can do better than that! That is about £52 a week just for insurance.
Out of interest find out what it would be for a V6 Rob!
Cant you find yourself a GOOD LOCAL GARAGE? Providing they use genuine Renault parts your warranty isnt affected and at least they are far more thorough than dealers can ever hope to be.
We think Renault are bad - a friend of a friend had his Volvo S40 in at the dealer last week and...
SO did I Rob - from my local excellent independent garage, I just paid cost price for the oil. :D It is handy having a garage owner and good mechanics as mates!
:D
"Oh dont talk to me about v6s Gr . What a pile of cack they are. God I wish I had never bought the damn heap.
Warning to everyone! DO NOT BUY A V6. They are the biggest load of poo Renault has ever produced badly."

I think it is basically "the same company" run as franchises and from what I can gather, some franchises are run by incompetent/inexperienced people, as it seems that anyone can set themselves up with a minimum amount of training! I saw a post here the other day where someones car ended...
Hi there jarvisnigel and WELCOME :D
Best wheels for your car = OZ Super Tourismo = same as mine!
They look good on most cars.
You will soon get other members favourites.
Nick I am like you and dont like cabrios. We have had a couple and I rarely got the top down when on my own as it felt like "posing" and I am not a poser. Some people have a bit of a smug look when driving with their hoods down on sunny days, a bit like the smug looks you see on the faces of...
What about my friends Cossie with about 400bhp, chipped etc, now that is FAST and under 10K

The pictures above show one of the reasons I dislike the flame red colour.
If you look at the back lights, it looks as though there is only the round white bit in the middle
because the red almost disappears with no contrast in the colour!
