I did 900 miles last weekend and all I did was refuel when needed. Seriously as Daniel says service it when needed, and then just check fluid levels and tyre pressures before you go.
I still haven't seen (or noticed one) one on the road. I was in the local Renault dealership last week with a friend and asked the sales guy how sales of the cliosport were going. His reply was "they are flying out of the showroom, they are selling really well".
He also told us that the car we...
Just going to revive this thread.
We have got my son a car to learn in, his insurance while on a provisional is £800 then when he passes it goes up to £2.5k. Does anyone actually know 100% that you can earn NCB while on your provisional.
I've search online but just thought I'd ask the younger...
on one the wiper is touching the bodywork the other isn't (could have adjusted it for the second photo of course).
Is this a game of spot the difference he's playing through his AT ad's.
mine had tiny amounts of front wing rust when I got it (3 years ago). I let it go until late last year before I got them done, it was embarrassing driving round with big rusty bubbles on my car.

Oh and by the way you don't need to be a mechanic to break a car to sell it in bits - I've done it...

cheers
i can remember be picked up once in a friends dads 1.3 cortina, we live on a housing estate with quite a steep hill on the way out. When he tried to go up the hill the car would go so we had to get out walk to the top then get back in the car.
Quite some up in power for what seems like not too much in the way of modifications. I'm not doubting you by the way, I'm thinking of getting one if these next and I'm quite interested in what's been done to yours.
I'd also like to know what it drives like (other than it must be silly fast)...
the problem is if it's 1991 to 2000 this will not include the RS500 will it not.....:dapprove:
Edit just looked there were two may be three used in 1991 (probably private entrants)
I like it apart from the front. Similar to the 1 series BMW, I can't get on with the front of that either.
i bet as an alround car it's great, a lot of people have a problem with it because its no longer the hard(er) core hot hatch that the 1*2 was.
