while updating my wifes iphone my son managed to totally wipe the phone.
Whats the quickest way of transferring some of my contacts to her phone (both phones are an iphone 4).
i was on holiday in Devon once and saw an absolutely mint Mk1 in those colour's driving through the campsite. The driver looked the spitting image of Gary Glitter.
the instructor I had when I did my first track day in my own car just kept telling me to keep my foot down on the accelerator. He'd never seen me drive before and wanted to go flat out everywhere, obvious he knew the track/cars limits but still....
I kept thinking you'd never get me sat next to...
Happy birthday, and tell your parents well done. Just don't go and bend it, remember who bought it.
My lad is 16 in August and I'm taking him to Spa for the F1, race day is his birthday.
What about a plate that's standard height with standard spaced lettering but isn't the standard width because it a private plate with only got 5 characters. Would that be illegal?
Apparently it's a website from what you can watch all sorts of movies including new cinema releases.
My kids have said that quite a few kids at school are using it. My questions are is it a safe website and is it legal?
I've had a lower suspension arm bolt snap off leaving the other half in the chassis of my E36 a few years ago. The mechainic who was going the job got it out and didn't charge me full labour rate for the time he spent getting it out - top guy.
As said s**t happens.
We managed with a 205 Gti then a 172 along side a fiat 500 for about two years with two kids, although our kids were 10 and 13 then.
The amount of parafinalia you have with new borns/ toddlers is immense if had had my time again I'd have bought an estate when we had our first (sorry I know you...
Exactly this for me too. My cars used to be spotless both inside and out until I went self employed now I'm too busy to spend 3 hours or more on the weekend cleaning two cars inside and out. If its clean on the outside then that's good enough.
Like gally said the inside dosen't get that dirty...
Same as you. All I wanted was one that was hpi clear, had fairly low miles and good service history. I looked at a few silver ones but noticed colour a difference between the paint on the plastic wings and the paint on the doors.
Ended up with a black 172.....which was nice.
Years ago I nearly bought a rover 45 as a family car due to the massive boot. I just can't get past the imagine of these MG's. A personal thing I know but round here a lot of them are chav'd up and driven by ejit's.
My dad had a 25 for ten years from new and it didn't hold up well both in the...
Right, I'm saving a drawing from AutoCAD to a landscape PDF, but when the PDF initially opens up it is portrait in orientation.
The actual document is landscape in format but is always initially opens up in portrait then you have to rotate it to view it as landscape. I need to upload my...
If I was you I'd sell the FRS get a Trophy, enjoy Vegas and buy a house.
If you don't get on with the Trophy, sell it (doubt you'll loose any money on it). It least then you can tick the I've had a Trophy box...
very true, the level of grip on greasy or wet roads from them is way above what normal tyres give. There's always people waiting to say we don't get enough snow to make them worth while but their ability on snow is only a small part of why I have them.
I have them on my 3 series, they are ace (that's a technical term used in Yorkshire).
I went out in my wife's 500 Abarth with normal tyres on the other day and was surprised at the difference in grip.
What are you trying to say, I've got a s**t load of them in the loft along with some BTCC videos.....saying that I bet I'm nearly old enough to be your dad....
My E46 320d SE estate with a supercharged M3 engine (complete with rusty arches).
can't think of a classic sleeper at the moment, may be a classic looking MK1 cortina with a high spec cosworth engine.
My wife used to have one albeit a green hatchback.
I bought her some 18" RS4 alloys for Christmas for it....she loved getting 18" for Christmas :D.
horrid cars to drive but she absolutely loved hers.
question for all you young drivers. How do 1*2's compare to say a 1.1 206 for insurance for someone that's under 20. It's just that some of the quotes above surprise me at now low they are (£1200 for a 19 year old on a 172 for example).
I'd have expected a 18/19 year old with 1*2 to struggle to...
