That sounds like lambda from memory. My ph1 did similar, felt like a misfire when warm, never happened when cold. Went through changing coil pack, leads etc made no difference. Popped code reader on and lambda came up as stores fault. No dash warning lights came up at any point.
Right, after a bit of experimentation can confirm a few things. Firstly, the speed (integra seats) is definitely more comfortable than the trendline, more supportive too. Doesn't look as good though, clio trendlines with a 172 rear bench looks as oe as possible.
Speed's DO NOT fit trophy...
There's a knocking/vibration under hard cornering to the left. Can feel it through the steering. Fine when travelling straight and turning right.
Any suggestions?
Different people are different shapes. In contrast to Gally, I found the frp seats hideously uncomfortable (I think it's the same seat that was an option in the mini for a while).
Standard seats tend to mould to fit, bucket style seats tend to be firmer, so they either fit you or they don't.
I like them. There are better seats around, but they usually look horrific (sparco etc). I've an old back injury, the recaro's in the trophy and the 200 much better than standard for lumbar support.
There's washers between the standard subframe and the car. Easy to remove, 4 bolts under the car, lift the seats and remove the plastic washers. 1/2hr job.
Of course not. The m135 isn't a hot hatch in the traditional sense, the fiesta is. Different class of car, silly point. I can't name a GTR rival for less than £25k. Doesn't mean there aren't any good performance cars for less than 25k.
