Don't worry about the horn, they all do it. It's open to the elements by the wheel arch liner so will just need taking off, cleaning and putting back on.

I heard that HT53 cups were pre-registered by Renault. This would make sense as HT is the Portsmouth area down here. If Renault were pre-registering them as soon as they came into the docks then this would explain why there are so many HT53 Cups spanning the entire country.

Personally, I just decalared mine as a RenaultSport Clio 182... and made sure to tell them it wasn't the cup model.
The cup packs will be declared as modifications on your policy so its up to you really, I just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of explaining the cup packs...
