That's exactly how I got my set from JamesT87 on here, ran them on my car with no problems at all, no banging etc. I wasnt aware of any other parts that were supplied with them from AST new?

Try something else, if you dont like it, then come back and buy yourself a trophy. A lot of the people on this forum have sold their clio's, realised they're probably the best car out there for the money and came back to them. As for driving experiences....my old trophy would cover a back...

You could easily get that into the 13's with a good launch and no weight inside. For Reference I had my car comfortably stripped and lost 70kg's out of it. 90-100kg stripped is easily achievable though.

As above, I've got the shell from my silver 172 cup, it's a good shell and never been in any bumps, it's currently a rolling shell as well. Im just a bit unsure what to do with it as its sat in the garage taking up space. Do people buy pretty much bare shells to turn into race/rally cars etc...
