Or you could try taking it back off again (unplug the wire for the lambda) & get a meaty spanner on it, stand on the cat, then repeatedly beat it with a hammer until it starts to undo.

I made my own as well, using a 70mm 90 bend with 150mm legs. I got it from MrSilicone on eBay. Doing it that way I didn't need the straight pipe, the bend on it's own was enough. (Can get you a pic if it helps)
