EvilJohn - I put 2 application of Scratch-X on. Its not as good as using a PC (plan on getting one in the summer) but it seems to have got rid of all the visable swirl marks on the wing.

No, its a standard colour, just dont tend to see it very often. There are a couple of other people on here with the same colour but its nice to have a change from black and silver Clio's lol. It is like black for cleaning though, looks amazing when washed, polished, and waxed, but a few days...
The 1st pic simply doesn't show just how bad the scuff was. It was approx 1 1/2 feet long and a few inches wide. I was never gona get it out, but all the small scratches are gone. May try giving it another go tomorrow.

Nope, its fibreglass, planning on getting some alcantara style material (can't really afford to splash out on the proper stuff) to cover it with.
I've got a ph2 mk1 and fitted a 172 spoiler form a ph2 and the connector was a direct fit, luck of the draw I suppose but other than that its a peice of p!ss to fit.

Its not really retarded though is it, they weren't designing the dash to accomodate aftermarket kit. Its tight, but it will be on most cars, I've got 3 sets of phonos plugged in so it can't be too difficult to find a bit of space.
