Went out in adey's last night, gearbox is too short. 1st gear is essentially a wasted lump of metal lol.

Well good and bad news today, the bad news is that my 32mm restrictor is 25mm so that needs machining again. Good news is that my car and house haven't burnt down and I now know I'm unable to believe 3 of my mates quite the same again lol...

The rails on mine have been fine bolted to, Adey has only bolted his to the rear seat rail because be sits so far back. I've never bothered with proper frames.

I can't be reading all of this because I'm on the phone. I'm currently mid-build in my own supercharged clio and once mapped and finished won't be too short of £4k so can fully see how rstunings kit comes at about £4k, only difference is I've managed to include a TDF EC1 rather than stock ecu...

Well what a ballache that turned out to be. Using a Renault 19 crank key, modified Clio bottom crank pulley, 182 cambelt kit and numerous new tools, i now have a new cambelt fitted. Easy peasy.
So, deadline of 3 weekends to fit the supercharger and finish...
