it needs to be pulled towards you (towards the back of the car) while its still flat in its original position. What you've done is effectively bent the dash to unclip the edge nearest to you, so I doubt you'll be able to slide the rest off now.

The standard setup is an induction filter... all car's have an induction filter.
To answer what I think you're asking, unless you're going to couple a performance filter with a free flowing exhaust and remap, there's little benefit to be had with just the performance filter on its own.
Mine's under my drivers seat so I still have the storage tray under the passenger seat. Easier to change the discs under the drivers seat, too :approve:
Nat, no aftermarket changer will work with the standard stereo.

Those wheels look so heavy! I would go back to some form of lightweigh 15" wheels... cheaper tyres too.
Some Speedlines 2118's would look nice with a 40mm drop in height, and are bloody light too!
If you know what you're doing, then there's no reason why it will look a mess. Titanium is a base colour paint too, very little mixing needs to be done to make it.
the Ph1 172 airbox does the job perfectly, is cheap, is OEM so easy to buy, and is pretty much a bigger plastic version of the Maxogen (admittedly it doesn't sound as good)
If I was to change the airbox in my car, thats what I would buy.
