Top work mate. I wish the dynax was a different colour but apparently it was originally designed for fishing boats! So they had it brown to be visible after application
Ignore the massive scratch on the subframe. Proper annoyed me!
They sit upright really well, I'll make a bracket hold them there permanently at some point
Seats are now in! Was a bit of a faff trying to get all the bolts in properly with the correct washers. Used OEM nuts underneath with nylocs to lock them off and also swapped the spacers from the inside to the outside as they were tilting. All then torqued to 30Nm-35Nm for peace of mind...
Shouldnt make a difference disconnecting the plugs under the seat, will just bring up a light.
My seats are out the car right now with the plugs disconnected, I will try turn the car over in a bit to confirm.
These are currently on offer incredibly cheap if anyone needs them.

Use code "daily52" to get the pair for £12. Add some air fresheners to get to £15 and you can have same day delivery. Bargin.
They'll be in this weekend dont you worry. I've purposely avoided fitting them over winter, and then i've had all these other jobs to do first. WFH this week has meant I can leave my car in pieces, i'll be back in/out of the office next week!
Got my seats mounted onto my subframes. Had a couple of issues with the sliders being 'tapered' by about 4mm front to back. I believe it's down to the tension the centre bar puts through. Enlarged my holes slightly (9mm one side, 10mm the other) and it all went together fine with the slider...
Beam mounts are all fine. Had the rear bushes replaced last year and everything unbolted without any issues. Might be worth giving them a go over at some point just because of the age.
You're too kind Mark! Definitely doesnt compare to your build thread though and others on here.
Just trying to...
I wonder why it has the random disconnected connector in the base. I always thought the GPS was in the base of the aerial (as its longer) but all cables just appear to be standard FM coax. Might need to research more.
I'm not wanting a new base haha, i reckon if I get a cable like this I can just plug and play and run it down behind the radio.

I could do with a cable like that with the female end so I can plug...
8200077690 appears to be the cable I need.
Wonder if the length is tucked away somewhere else or it's a different (Shorter) cable in the satnav system.
Found this on the interwebs.
I might be getting somewhere now. The connector at the very bottom looks identical to the one from the standard aerial. So you're probably right, buy the full length cable and just connect as normal.
