New rear wiper blank arrived. This is the fibreglass variant rather than the carbon as I'll be painting it satin black regardless. Mine has always been 'sagging' as it's a bodged genuine one that's had filler and fibreglass on the back. This new one should be loads better!

If all fails, remove the balljoint, undo the driveshaft nut (although you might struggle as these are 275nm!), remove TRE and then pull the whole hub off.
Sounds like the garage had absolutely no idea and was using your money to fire the parts cannon against it. I wouldn't be happy that parts kept being replaced without it solving the issue.
They're green and the pins are spread. On the connector theres that little bit of plastic above, if you prise this up slightly you can then put a smaller screwdriver down from above to close up the connectors.

Buy a carbon splitter if you're worried about breaking the cup ones. Look nearly identical and are much stronger, I've had mine on for years and still not broken it. Needs another lacquer but that's it
