More power........... why else would we be doing it? ;-)
Essentialy greater flow and velocity with much less restriction and a much more direct patch between TB and Port than would ever be possible on the standard manifold. F4R's respond so well to matched inlets and ITB setups because the...
Do you do lots of short journeys at low RPM/Speed as well?
Immediate thoughts are CTS failed in a way that its always on cold start or lambdas failing to swing properly but both failing in a way to cause it to overfuel are rare! Or possibly consistant spark failure but that'd be weird.
Not...
If you absolutely must stop them showing a bit of surface rust just paint them black! Painting them red is just advertising the fact that you have a 1.2litre car with tiny brakes.
Sticking plastic vac moulded copies of half of a (already rubbish) Brembo caliper on top of them is even worse...
Trace back to ECU and check that driver is outputting, then check for any breaks in the loom to no.3.
If you definately have no pulse at the junior timer then its upstream somewhere!

It'll be productionised and available from March. Complete bolt on kit which retains DBW throttle body for cruise control, traction control etc. etc.

Cam timing I take it?
It's about an hours job to verify that its correct in terms of locking the crank in the right place and ensuring the timing tool fits as it should.
You'll need two new caps/seals as well.

The quad has a gear pedal............ but the Clutch is on the handle bars........... I'm glad you're better with tyres than you are with pit equipment ;-)

Get a borescope down it. You can show good compression with a compression tester and still have a fooked engine if the bores are scuffed to pieces. If the oil was that bad and smelt properly of fuel then its well worth checking!

Hello sirs we will be the providings for the race cars of the race team in the running of with the britcar.
We can be offering you the upgrade with the race seat for the the seasons or the races with the race cars at the race circuit.
200mb with the broadband.
Thanking you. ;-)
BPM X85's = standard tank + ATL saver cell + ATL Dry Break Fueling and 25 litre dump churns ;-)
25 litres into the car in 7 seconds so great for splash and dash. If we were allowed to run fueling towers we could tank the car in under 10 seconds!

The BPM Racing Quad ;-) Use it to tow the track support trailer with for fetching tyres etc. etc.
Quality made in China "Oh s**t the brakes don't work" quad LOL
Pretty sure Amery's X85's don't need 120L of fuel to fill the tanks ;-)

Aiming for testing and validation complete first week in March if all goes to plan and everything arrives as it should.
Pop down and have a butchers mini. Few interesting things in the workshop at the moment - including the two X85's for this seasons Britcar Production Championship!

There definately was a 406 SRi Turbo!
Many have had the engines nicked for 205 projects.
Standard engines are fairly okay but have very weak pistons! 175bhp'ish is about the reliable limit. With a set of forgies and some steel rods they'll do quite decent figures with good reliability...
Cams are part of the engine spec. Will do testing with standards and 428's. All on a standard cylinder head though.
Open market once all the testing and validation is complete!

Because I need a completely standard to original brand new Renault spec head in order to correctly gauge the performance increase the new inlet manifold gives.
If I have a fiddle or have the port shape tweaked etc. then the results aren't comparible to the standard data I have.

Built this over the weekend for the Super Cup and for Super-2000 inlet manifold testing:
Not a bad weekends work.
Spec is fairly boggo F4R 736 but with a bit of safety added for sustained high RPM use.
- Brand new F4R 736 Cylinder head incl valves, seats, guides, springs, seals etc...
Other two are headset only from Renault Dealer. Competition parts only seperate but not on the R-Sport inventory anymore.
Deep joy. Anyone want to make me an offer for some valve stem seals and a set of inlet gaskets? ;-)
Cheers

Only have the old competition list on me.
If someone could check if:
7700107192 - Coolant Outlet Housing/Cylinder Head Seal/Gasket
7700851213 - Water Pump Gasket
7711155368 - Cylinder Head Gasket
Appear on Renault parts system under those PN's I'd be ever so grateful ;-)
