I once saw someone ask for the geometry settings for a Lamborghini Gallardo and within 3 hours someone had sent him the entire Lamborghini workshop manual.
If you can’t get an answer on CS, you’re probably asking the wrong question.
Pop quiz hotshot.
700bhp Porsche which literally holds the Nordschleife lap record, driven by an experienced professional, and at 70-80% effort laps in 7:09.
OR
Any car in this thread.
Clearly I'm the idiot for choosing the former.
No. Does that make my opinion less valid? Also no.
You are not going to take a trip to the Nordschleife and straight away, f**k it, even with a week’s worth of laps, be quicker than a vastly more experienced racing driver in literally the fastest production car ever to lap the ‘Ring, which they...
The example I remember was a 6:50 with time left on the table for cautiousness. Was just after a track closure so they had a fairly clear run. I think the more normal times for the GT2RS are low to mid 7s.
Of course with traffic they’ll be slower but they’ll still be way quicker than any...
LOL.
Robert Mitchell of Apex has said that his taxi drivers have gone comfortably sub 7 on multiple occasions when it’s quiet.
If you think you’re that much of a hero at driving then you’re f**king deluded.
I had 10 minutes before work, loaded it up, realised I don't have Laguna Seca, went to Silverstone, realised I couldn't remember the 27493 button combination to start the car and gave up.
If I ever went to the Nordschleife I wouldn't even bother taking my car around. All my money would be going towards as many taxi laps as possible. You could drive anything you liked, you would never come close to belting around the Nordschleife as quickly as they do in their GT3RS'es, AMG GT-Rs etc.
I like Misha's videos. And awesome pace from Mr. K.
It's crazy the amount of pace a serious top level driver can extract beyond what a 'quick' driver can manage.
I think Cooper is one of those people who is subtly funny and quite clever, but if you stick him in a room with a load of big personalities he gets lost.
He’s quite new to doing his own content at the moment so he’s a bit difficult to watch, but I’m sure once he settles in and finds his own...
Are you taking other people’s for sale pictures now?
Love bugeye STIs. I know most don’t agree but I think they’re the prettiest Impreza.
Still looking for a decent one to replace the Mazda for racing duties.
Strange choice of wanking material tbh.
My parents had 3 740s. My most memorable moment was standing on the roadside with my mother with an AA man pouring about 8 litres of oil in the top of the engine, and it pouring out the bottom equally as quickly. Also being rear-ended by someone and their...
Scotland is utterly f**king amazing. One of the most beautiful places on earth.
And an epic combination of cars to do it in too, the 355 is my ultimate favourite Ferrari of all time.
I can't wait for the Internet Historian episode about today. The gleeful smugness as he describes people putting cards in their baskets then going to the payment screen to find they have to sell their other kidney now.
Honestly today was f**king horrific as product launches go.
All the retailers have whacked at least £40 on the prices today, sometimes even when people already have stuff in their basket and are checking out.
Madness.
4k120HDR on LG B9/C9 confirmed with the 3080.... Very excited. Very few people seem to have picked up on the jump to HDMI 2.1 and what that means for gaming.
