Servicing my clio today I managed to put a litre of engine oil into my gearbox ?

The cable ties will be because it's not securing down onto the rail properly when it's been removed. Probably had new injectors at some point in its life? Definitely been a bodge by a garage threadlocking a nut backwards, or a friday!

Soak it in boiling water and work quickly. If you want to make it stiffer put an o-ring around the middle of the ball inside.
I found it's best to use some small screwdrivers to lever one side in then work it round.
