I run eibach camber bolts on the slotted top strut hole on my bilsteins. Makes it a little bit of a pig to adjust but is doable.
Unless I've misunderstood your question?
I think so! I've nothing else to compare it to. Often want someone else to give it a drive to compare to their own car!
Ill get brad to maybe have a look at them. I doubt they've ever been changed in 127,000 miles
Daniel told me to check my rack bushes so I'll do that on Saturday morning, unless I can do it without axle stands?
Tie rods and tres were changed around 4 months ago
I'm not sure. If I get it rechecked and it's still all spot on then it must be something else. Like I say sliders were all changed and greased up last year and id given them a wiggle recently and seemed like they were free. Front bearings have also been changed alongside wishbone bushes so won't...
It's doing it everywhere annoyingly. Wheel sat straight and it goes left. Tested on motorway, straight roads etc and it's the same. I had similar when I had those cambered spacers on the back but you can see how straight the rear is now so it should be fine.
I only scrape on full lock very...
Thanks!
Still a few parts ready to fit like cf splitter, washer blanks and modified brake ducts but waiting for a warm day as it's a bumper off job
Thanks chaps! I'm very happy with it now it's raised up 5mm as it doesn't scrub as bad on full lock and sits perfectly.
It's a lovely place and wasn't actually too expensive for 4 nights!
Cheers mate. I think my thread updates are getting better as time goes on!
The mesh was from eBay. I...
Well we made it! Took around 5 hours, but was pretty good time in the scheme of things. Roads were great, but at times very slippy or icy which was a shame. Followed a transit van who was proper giving it some down the country roads so that was actually pretty fun. Seemed like he knew the roads...
Mint. I've got some ally that's the right bore size you can have if you want? OD needs turning down.
You going to extend the base or go for a short shifter?
Good shout on standard genuine stuff. It's silly cheap so only right to go that route.
What suspension are you running Sam? Everything is solid upfront myself now.
Thanks mate! I've actually raised it by 5mm today. I might lower it again but it should be around 375mm now.
Side bullets wise, I'm still not sure myself! Quite fancy a change from silver as they don't really match
I've already gone ;)
Can't wait to drive it now! No pics of them fitted as it's been freezing today so been rushing about.
Booked in at bramracing tomorrow
Once it's all setup properly and had a decent wash i'll get some proper photos of it. Many of the ones I take on my bit of parking are pretty unflattering!
Here's another pic

It's just how they're a completely different colour in daylight that's...
A small Saturday night update
Wishbones that @Dr Jekyll kindly sent me had the old bushes removed and new black series ones pressed in at my brothers work. These were again sourced through @George@RTR_Parts. Highly recommend him for parts as they are usually better priced than other...
I'd personally get some 10mm/5mm rear hub spacers from PMS. I'm running et43 2118s with 10mm rears. 5mm would bring you fairly close to what I'm running looks wise on the back. Doubt you'd have any scrubbing issues going 10mm though.
This atleast allows you to retain standard bolts on the back...
It's a 1.2 with a plastic rocker cover, you will always end up with mayo under your filler cap. Just needs a good run and that will go.
Are you sure you're using coolant? Top it up. They often weep from the water pump on 1.2s.
Injectors will be the misfire most likely
Clios look bad with any form of widening? Eh?
You're literally filling the arches more how can this look bad?
Tbf you think that VW looks good so that says it all ;)
