using your reasoning, i may as well stick with the OEM filter thats in there... which is rubbish.
its a known fact that aftermarket filters allow a better airflow into the engine.
miltek/prospeed/yozzasport exhaust, panel filter, decat, manifold matched followed by a remap.
that should make it a wee bit quicker.
need to spend thousands to get any decent gains on this engine though.
legally, it belongs to whoever holds the certificate for the plate.
all private plates come with a certificate... the person's name on the top of that owns the plate. This doesnt mean they have to own the car its on.
my plate was spaced like the one you want for 2 years, 3-2 instead of 2-3 and nobody cared.
the police pulled me over for erratic driving, and read out my plate on their walkie talky to HQ and still didnt spot it.
im a good boy now the plates on the 182, its staying spaced 2-3.
a quick, sharp wack with a spanner is all you need... none of this allen key business...
just be quick, sharp and hard with the wack and it'll loosen without spinning the springs.
Simple question...
which panel filter for my standard 182. Please dont mention full induction kits because they're not needed... just the filter.
Pipercross, or ITG filter?
the first ones... they're perfect.
if they fail, you can buy 6 more for the same price as 1 of the bottom ones... enough said.
i have the top ones and am more than happy with them.
