De-badged front? <3
Oh, and seriously, the best ph1 on here.
More seriously, the only clio I've ever seen where the carbon bonnet looks perfect in carbon, not painted.
It just looks so damn good.
Front bumper took the tiniest knock over, so yes that's being blended in, thanks for the clarification, just curious on how they handle soft tops differently.
I did wonder, but the way it dented made it look like metal? Very odd.
Just got a phone call, it's now Friday/Saturday... f**k SAKE.
If it isn't ready I can take the Audi it seems, but on a holiday where my actual favourite part is the driving, it'll half ruin it for me. Mega sad :-(
FFS posted at the same time as you Ollie.
All of the painted panels are metal...
No flush, just get it nice and hot before emptying.
You can buy cheap "running in oil" and then fill it up with that, leave it running for half hour and remove it if you're really that worried about flushing it through.
I'll be very careful with how I handle it. If I decide to take it and have something rectified after, I'll be getting it writing on headed paper etc and inform the insurance of the same thing.
I believe the body shop gives out Citroen C1's so I really won't be doing 400 motorway miles in...
I did think that Mike, but from the date the bodyshop declare it "done" to the insurance, my courtesy is no longer mine, any problems from there are with the body shop and it'd be up to them to supply me with a car... ridiculous IMO.
That's what I plan to do Kev, go over the car with a fine...
You're a spaz Kev...
lol!!!
I am going away to the lakes for a week, I need a car to drive there.
If mine isn't ready by Friday, I'm fucked.
They have said the courtesy car must be returned within twenty four hours of mine being finished, so that means I'd have to drive back from the...
I hope so mate or I'll be driving it for a week before I even have anything done if it's not perfect.
I'll take it to the lakes no matter what as long as it's ready, then iron out any creases when I return. It's too good'er car to not drive up there!
I did a re-quote putting the claim in (as...
Slowly mate, SHOULD have the car by friday, supposed to go to the lakes on saturday, without it I'd be fuming and also, once my car is complete I have 24hr to return the courtesy, if I'm 400 miles away that's not ideal....
They sound like they really know what they're doing and aren't rushing...
I don't know if I've ever seen one illuminate if I'm honest?
changing them is a fiddly bugger of a job, ask another member (with a clio) to go out and see if their's comes on when doing the test.
I am tempted, money's tight at the moment but maybe in a few months. I wasn't only yankin' your chain on the tyre shine, sort of :o
1) Of course you are darling, I've been looking into cleaning then sealing the roof, a task for next time! (I also want to give it a going over once it's out of...
Re: My Renaultsport RB 200 Clio!
Lovely looking motor. Steve brings so many CS members to bexley at one point or another, mental!
Be careful and get used to it before really giving it some omph.
Taking photos of taking photos? Next time will you go three fold?
Excellent photos, your stuff genuinely makes me want to go and buy myself a starter camera and see what I can achieve.
Nice work Dawn, I'd love to get a chance to actually bring a car down to you! Great shine/reflection on that, hope he was pleased?
Needs more tyre shine in the finished pics though IMO ;)
You can test all lights are functioning by holding down the button on the end of the stalk, (the one that changes the dash reading between MPG etc) for 5 seconds, before turning the key to point 2.
