It's not a traditional car show where everyone's cars are on show, most are parked on the campsite, then the ones entering show and shine drive to the main show area, so it's not as if it'll be lines of shiny cars with your shed parked in the middle.
Plus if my sh*t heap's allowed on track...

About 11:45, I was behind you from the NEC until you went on the M6 northbound, I was in a big Merc Sprinter Van.
Car looked mint, don't see many Ph1's in that nice a condition.
If I was you i'd take some decent photos of it and stick it in the for sale section, Mk1 2 doors sell because people make track cars out of them, you'll certainly get more than scrap value for it.
Changed a Xenon bulb, topped up the gearbox oil, tried to stop the boot plastic from vibrating by putting adhesive foam between it and the metal, remains to be seem if it worked, I almost felt like I accomplished something then I remembered the rear brakes started grinding today, always...
Half arsed V8's held together with hopes and dreams is the Roadkill way, if they did a proper build where everything was as good as it can be, it just wouldn't be the same show.
Thumbs up at the Sky Dome roundabout 12:20pm, car looked nice and clean mate, I was well surprised to see a West Mids sticker in the back window, I forgot I helped design that. lol
