I'd go a Prefossionally Setup ITB'd Car runing some Wildish Cams and a really well done Remap that should see around 230bhp but don't forget Brakes if your planning on hiking up the power.

You need to Download the RSTuner 177 Software and connecty the RSTuner to it and trhe go on "About" Top Right Corner and you'll get the a Long Code then when you go to thre Shop and purchas a license you will be asked for the code, Put it in and Henk will email you an 8 didgit code to unlock...

Have you named your iPod and got it connected to iTunes at the moment?

Try a CD instead... Place it in the Drive and a pop up should appear to Upload it and let it do that then click on the arrow to eject the CD and try and Sync again.

Try and get the Music into your Music Library and the go File and Sync..... Its difficult to gather just what is going on with your iPod but worth a try.

Tracking? Track Rod End? Ball Joint? Surely gonna be 1 of those 3 I should think.
