That looks ace, nice road trip there Jon :D
I've always wanted to go to monaco, I want to go on the GP weekend, mucho ££££'s though (i'll go one day just to say i've done it)
Any decent body shop will be able to sort it, but mk1's are notorious for rear arch rust, most of the time (if not done properly i'll come back) They rust from the inside outwarss. A new rear arch (as you've shown) would solve your problem, but it would end up being expensive (unless you know...
^ No. I didn't mean that. What I meant was that I was agreeing with the comments folk made about the clio splitter, not your car.
The power your car has must be quite mad, i've always liked them.
Minter ! I remember your car now. I saw it on PH for slae a while ago (I recognise the reg plate) I quite like it with the mutli spokes on it (i'm a die hard tele dial fan usually)
I think the seats on them look to be proper arm chairs, the bolsters look massive, do they hold you in/support you well ?
I love the GTA (Jamie I mentioned to you a while back & asked some questions on them) I just can't get my head around alfa interiors, they look way too 'over engineered' to...
As said really, as long as it's been serviced properly it'll go round the clock with ease.
I usually class 70k + as high mileage. Average say, 10k pa as most folk do.
The GTA was one of the fastest fwd cars around. I like them a lot (but i'm not overly keen on alfa interiors) 0-60 on them is about 6 secs dead iirc.
As whether a vee would stand up to one or not, I doubt there would be much in it really.
I also doubt very much that a gta would hassle an M3...
Imo that quote is very high, it must be your post code, I come under Romford (which is quite bad) but even so, I pay a lot lot less (on a vee)
Add your mum or aunt to it if you've not done so already.
