Yeah... There would be the method of chopping off the connects 2 male, and the ipod y usb/aux 30 pin male and soldering those together but that's something i wanted to avoid.

I don't really see the massive appeal to flocked dashes, a-pillars etc but each to their own. Sounds like a shitty situation for all currently though.

Is a das pro da worth it over a normal cheaper da? Or rotary? I've used a rotary and although I had to focus more and be careful on the plastic it didn't feel thay bad to use. Although I think I need to look more into the compound sound as it didn't seem to do much to my car.

Does your satnav still work with the upgraded headunit? Had read pretty much everywhere that wasn't the case as the sound goes through your headunit from the satnav? Lovely car though, engine bay looks amazing.

Right, I've been looking at getting a connects 2, but have now seen most of the adverts state "this wont work with the 6CD Changer". I presume this means that my Cabasse auditorium tronic will not work with a connects 2 kit? Can anyone confirm this? Not much point my buying something and it not...

You can use just the cheaper connects 2 aswell.

Each to their own mate ;) I like them personally and it's a bit different! They're not as obvious as white or silver, and match my alloys in anthracite.
