Thing is, it was all done a couple of years ago and the box has supposed to have had a rebuild less then 5k ago. Who knows!

Getting like that! Thing is I paid top money for it as it'd had all the work done but best laid plans and that.

Still catted. Totally standard bar the back box and centre pipe.

Hope so. Discs may be an issue but we shall see.

Looks like the saxo I was going to buy has fallen through. Seller seemed weird, wouldn't make himself available for viewing for over 2 weeks.

Aye, s**t happens.

Two good bits of news today; 1) The sticker dude will only sell me a full set so that's £70. 2) Gearbox is now kicking itself into neutral when in 5th gear. I genuinely had to stop myself smashing it up with a hammer this morning. freaking money pit.

Well, after looking for a new wing for a few days I decided to take the car down to the local body shop for a look. I explained I wanted it mint as before and we have agreed on a price. Basically, the previous owner failing to spend £1 on the correct pinch bolt is going to cost me the best part...

I think it was an oversight by the lad sorting it mate. He was doing it late on and didn't want to bang the seal on for fear of waking my kids up! All sorted now though and running sweet.

Topped up all the fluids today and went out for a drive. Looked behind to see a big cloud of smoke and my lovely fresh gearbox oil shat itself all over the place! She's certainly a challenge!!!

Yeah, bad s**t. Had the kids in the car so could've been a lot worse I guess, Just really annoying.

Front wing is dead, few suspension parts need replacing. I'm budgeting £500.

Someone had done a bodge instead of using a proper pinch bolt = disaster!
