i did a quick 0-80 on my way home before, on my private runway.....couldnt get any more as there was not enough room...........i had to turn at the start so it probably would have been a second quicker if it was a straight standing start....................as martin_89 said his 1.2 did it in...
thinking about it i doubt they would take something of that weight as a package, would need to be put onto a pallet and wrapped up so they can easily move it around
can you not hire engine cranes from hire places?
we used an engine crane when putting a williams engine in the back of a williams for transport, made it so much easier!

because the seats have airbags in them, you will have to put a 3.3ohm resistor in one of the plugs, to stop the airbag light coming on (i cant remember if its the grey or black one, im sure someone will)....
now because you want to use your original seatbelt you just unbolt the pretensioner...

those two bolts go through the same holes as the OE seat, as said^^ its just a 13mm socket under the car....
there are then two more bolts near the handbrake, which are accessed by looking up past the center section while under the car, they are...
depends on the design of the original lens if it passes or fails the mot...the majority of cars cause too much scatter where a halogen bulb is meant to be used, hence them failing
rear bumper = straight swap
front bumper = can be made to fit the original wings with a bit of playing....
if you want the front bumper to properly fit, you need wings and skirts too
